Cd’s
Het Hexagon Ensemble released nine well-received CDs over the more than twenty-five years of its existence, featuring a cross-section of beautiful chamber music for winds and piano.
The first four CDs focus mainly on the “core repertoire,” including works such as the quintets by Mozart and Beethoven and Poulenc’s Sextuor.
The final five CDs together form the “Connection Series,” which follows a different concept. Each CD centers on a specific country. One work or composer, however, does not originate from that country but has a strong connection to it, having lived and/or worked there.
